LMMS tutorial on using piano-roll notes to create glitch drums.

  1. Create a simple synth melody in the Piano-Roll and copy the notes.

  2. Add a drum sample, fast short samples usually glitch better.
  3. Open Piano-Roll for the percussion sample and paste copied notes.  Press the play button.  If notes sound too high or low, move them up (CTRL+UP) or down (CTRL+DOWN) an octave.

  4. Change the fraction beside the giant Q to 1/32.

  5. Time to glitch drums!  Add short notes, some in bunches, some by themselves.  Have some fun, this may require some practice.
